Turkey meatballs in marinara

Ingredients
- 1¼ lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 oz parmesan
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 12 oz penne
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
- Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, half the parmesan, garlic and seasoning. Roll into 16 balls.
- Brown the meatballs in a deep skillet, then add the marinara.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve over penne with the rest of the parmesan.
