Smash burgers with oven fries

Ingredients
- 1¼ lb ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 red onion
- 1 bag frozen fries
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
- Bake the fries according to the bag.
- Roll the beef into 8 balls. In a screaming-hot skillet, smash each flat and season; cook 2 minutes, flip, add cheese.
- Stack two patties per bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and ketchup.
