Skillet steak with garlic butter potatoes

Ingredients
- 1½ lb sirloin steak
- 1½ lb baby potatoes
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
- Boil halved potatoes 10 minutes; drain.
- Sear the seasoned steak in a hot oiled skillet 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest.
- Fry the potatoes and asparagus in the same pan with butter, garlic and thyme, 8 minutes.
- Slice the steak and serve over the potatoes.
