Homemade sloppy joes

Good for meal prep: this reheats well, so cook a double batch and you've got tomorrow's dinner too.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder

Method
- Brown the beef with the diced onion and pepper; drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, sugar and chili powder.
- Simmer 10 minutes until thick.
- Pile onto toasted buns.
