Sheet-pan chicken fajitas

Good for meal prep: this reheats well, so cook a double batch and you've got tomorrow's dinner too.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless chicken breasts
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 2 limes
- 8 flour tortillas
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
- Heat oven to 425°F. Slice chicken, peppers and onion into strips.
- Toss everything with oil, chili powder, cumin, salt and the juice of 1 lime.
- Spread on a sheet pan and roast 20 minutes, broiling the last 2 for char.
- Serve in warm tortillas with sour cream and lime wedges.
