Classic ground beef tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 taco shells
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup salsa
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
- Brown the beef, then drain off most of the fat.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and 1/3 cup water and simmer until thick, 5 minutes.
- Warm the taco shells in the oven for a few minutes.
- Fill with beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, cheese, sour cream and salsa.
