Miso-glazed salmon with sesame broccoli

Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillets
- 2 heads broccoli
- 1½ cups jasmine rice
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
- Start the rice. Heat the broiler. Mix the miso, honey and soy sauce.
- Spread the glaze over the salmon and broil 7 to 9 minutes until caramelized and just cooked through.
- Meanwhile toss the broccoli in oil and salt and roast or steam until tender.
- Dress the broccoli with sesame oil and seeds and serve with the salmon and rice.
