Pork chops with apples and onions

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 apples
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
- Season the chops and sear in oil 4 minutes per side; set aside.
- Add butter, sliced apples, onion and thyme; cook 6 minutes until soft.
- Add broth, return the chops and simmer 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Steam the green beans and serve alongside.
