Turkey burgers with sweet potato fries

Ingredients
- 1¼ lb ground turkey
- 4 burger buns
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
- Heat oven to 425°F. Cut the sweet potatoes into fries, toss with oil and salt and bake 25 to 30 minutes, turning once.
- Mix the turkey with Worcestershire, garlic powder and salt, and shape into 4 patties.
- Cook in an oiled skillet 5 minutes per side until 165°F inside, adding the cheese for the last minute.
- Serve in buns with lettuce, tomato and onion, with the fries.
